Small adventures.

Aron has never taken the bus.
Vera hasn't been on a bus.
In a long time.
Now when they are old enough.
Mommy decided it was time.
No longer need for the incredibly heavy.
Difficult to drive.
Doublestroller.
Vera was so excited.
Seemed like we were taking.
A trip in a spacecraft.
Aron little less.
Excited.

The walk to the busstop.
The waiting for the bus.
The paying for the ticket.
Was all fine.
The riding.
Not so much fun.

At least not at first.
Vera enjoyed every second.
Aron was a little.
Terrified.
Once he realized.
He could watch cars go by outside.
He calmed down.
The bus took us all the way.
To the grocerystore.
Bought some juice.
Enjoyed it on the sidewalk.
Took the bus back home.

That was the best thing all day.
Vera said.
So far small adventures like this.
Is enough.
