Last night.
Vera discovered.
One of the big childhood secrets.
There is life after bedtime.
Vera woke up.
In her own bed.
Couldn't go back to sleep.
So she tiptoed around the apartment.
Only to find.
Mom and Dad.
Awake.
Not only awake.
They were watching TV.
Eating popcorn.
She was shocked.
There are rules against eating in the livingroom.
And popcorn of all things.
The unfairness was unbearable.
Luckily.
For her.
Vera has very understanding parents.
And knowing they had broken the rules.
They were nice enough to let her break them as well.

So here she is.
In the middle of the night.
Sitting on the potty.
Eating popcorn.
Mom and dad gets ready for bed.
Vera even got to fall asleep.
